2011/2012 Training Fees
The Lonestar SC San Antonio has completed the process of finalizing our training fees for the 2011/2012 seasonal year. Our Board of Directors worked very hard to find the right balance between increasing the level of training while ensuring we continue to provide the highest level of training at the lowest possible price.
Our prices have increased for this year. Overall, fields fees at ASP and STAR have increased. Additionally, we have added administration costs to help manage our growth as now we are clearly the largest youth soccer club in San Antonio.
Please note, Lonestar SC in Austin has no input our authority regarding our training fees. The Lonestar SC - San Antonio Board of Directors, along with our budget committee, is solely responsible for developing the budget and setting our fees.
Our Process
1. This year, the Board of Directors continued to focus on finding the best trainers in the area to help manage our ever-increasing growth and demand for top-quality training. Also, to continue implementing the Lonestar SC training methodology throughout our club.
2. Once the draft budget was complete, a Budget Committee was created to review and approve the budget and recommend training fees for our upcoming year. Our Budget Committee was chaired by our Treasurer and made up of current team managers and parents at-large.
3. The Board of Directors gave the Budget Committee 3 objectives:
The Budget Committee came through and met all the objectives, recommending a fee structure that is tiered based on playing level and practice locations, contains a fair and reasonable payment schedule.

The full depost is paid up front regardless of payment plan chosen. The monthly amounts shown above include the 3% fee that is paid by the club to our credit card processor.
