This Europe 2012 trip is open to all ’98 Boys & Girls with Lonestar Austin & San Antonio. There are several important documents below; please review each carefully.  We will only accept deposits with a booking form.  If you pay by credit card, don't forget to add a 3% service fee to your total. Also, we still need a booking form turned into the office.

Cost of Trip:

  • Approx Tour Costs $2495.00 for players
  • Approx Tour Costs $2675.00 for adults (approx $400 extra for single room, request early)
  • Plus airline taxes and fuel surcharges of approx $620 – these fees are dictated by airlines and governments and can change up to ticketing.

You must decide by the FEBRUARY payment if you are not going – and money can only be transferred to a family member going, no refunds.

 

Sibling Pricing:

  • If 2 parents, plus one sibling, are going – then this would require a 3 person room:  adult price stays the same / sibling price is $450 less than adult price
  • If 1 parent, plus one sibling, is going – then this is only a 2 person room:  adult & sibling price are the same:  $2675.00/each

Payment Schedule:

  • $300 per person deposit due by October 31st (For San Antonio Players)
    • must turn in booking form with this payment (If you pay online at Travel & Play, please mail booking form to Lonestar office)
  • $500 per person progress payment due by February 15th
    • Cancellation Insurance Form due with 2nd payment
  • Final Payment due by May 1st

*All payments must be paid on or before deadline dates indicated above, no exceptions.

 

Cancellation Insurance – we will be offering GROUP CANCELLATION Insurance before the February Payment. We highly recommend this insurance and we will advise details and costs as soon as possible. This payment will be due at the time of the second deposit, February 15th.

 

Airport Bus – LSC will offer transfer service to IAH from Austin. Cost will be $40 each way, per person, and we will be reserving space on the busses and billing for this service separately on April 1st. Payments for this service will be made directly to Lonestar SC.

All checks/money orders are made payable to Travel and Play and should be submitted to the North Austin Lonestar Soccer Office or Pay online with a credit card through
